About Julie

To laugh often and much;
To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children;
To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends;
To appreciate beauty, to find the best in others;
To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child,
a garden patch or a redeemed social condition;
To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded.
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

A.k.a. Julie Coombs – is currently based out of her home town – Brantford, Ontario, Canada, where she enjoys life with her companion, family and friends while doing what she loves from the comfort of her home office – except when she is off traveling of course.

After 24 years within the walls of Corporate Canada as a world-accredited, high-tech specialist, she “retired” early at the tender age of 42 to head out on her own adventures!

As a financially independent entrepreneur, working from wherever her laptop is, Julie enjoys her days doing what she wants, where she wants, with whom she wants, for as long as she wants.

Through her interacting, writing and sharing, she serves others as a professional Network Marketer and delights in helping others get what they want in swift, leading edge and fun ways!

As a resident on the expansive leading-edge of the evolution of a virtual and global community, she appreciates the diversity of personality, culture and experiences the internet has to offer.  A vision of the future of where the internet would take us hit her squarely the first time she connected with a stranger on “ICQ” in 1996 – the first most popular instant messaging software.   The internet became her portal to the world of others and an entrance into the global marketplace and all it has to offer!

Julie has been a creative co-founder and team leader of more than one successful online community project over the last decade – as a pioneer long before the term “social media” even existed.  She is working and mentoring with some of the world’s greatest business and life leaders, she has become an example herself of one that “lives life on one’s own terms”.

She was at the very table where the world-wide phenomenon “The Secret” was born and invested a couple years of her early retirement assisting in bringing it to the world.   The creation of “The Secret” has since been heralded as “the most successful viral marketing campaign ever experienced”!

In her “private” time Julie loves to connect and socialize with others online. She’s a lifetime writer, Abraham-Hicks follower, an avid knitter, figure skater and rated Scrabble player. She puts self-growth above all else and loves to travel and play with like-minded others often!

She is curator of one of the Internet’s oldest and largest public domain (free), personal growth libraries on the Internet!

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people
won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other
people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.
